300 hours. The machine boutique studios are built around.
Springs, carriage, the full repertoire and the judgement to load a body correctly — including 18 hours one-to-one with your mentor.
About the credential: Reformer awards a Go Pilates Academy certificate. NPCP eligibility comes with our Mat certification (NPCP Mat, PMC) or the 450-hour Comprehensive (NPCP NCPT).
What you’ll be able to do.
Not what you’ll have sat through — what you’ll be able to walk into a studio and deliver.
- Teach a full reformer session, start to finish, private or group
- Set springs correctly for each body, each exercise and each goal
- Progress or regress any exercise on the spot, without stopping the class
- Correct a client safely while the carriage is moving
- Run a room of reformers where nobody is on the wrong spring
- Recognise when the machine is the wrong tool today — and what to do instead
