Hi, I’m Chen.
I discovered Pilates while recovering from an injury. It became my career, led me to open two Pilates studios, and eventually inspired me to build The Pilates Academy.
Running those studios taught me the part most training leaves out: what a studio actually needs an instructor to know on the day she starts teaching. That is why this program is built around practice and feedback rather than content alone — you teach, someone watches, and you do it again. If you’re willing to do the work, you won’t be doing it alone.
