The Pilates Academy

Class Plan Builder App

Nobody pays you to plan the class.

You do it anyway. Every week.

Sunday night, notebook open, trying to remember what you taught last Tuesday so you don’t repeat it. That hour isn’t on anyone’s invoice — and it’s the hour this app gives back to you.

What you get

Here’s exactly what’s inside.

Not a concept. A tool you log into today and use for tomorrow’s class.

Library

A full exercise library

Mat and equipment, filterable by level, equipment, focus and muscle group. Add your own exercises alongside them.

Plans

Ready-made class plans

Complete plans built by other instructors, open and usable. Take one whole, or change two exercises and make it yours.

Builder

A drag-and-drop builder

Pick exercises, put them in the order you’ll teach them, name the plan, save it. Minutes, not an evening.

Storage

Unlimited saved plans

Every class you’ve ever built, kept and searchable. Nothing lives in a notebook you’ll replace.

Access

Any device, no install

Runs in the browser on phone, tablet and computer. Plan at home, teach from your phone, print if you prefer paper.

Use

Teach straight from it

Your plan open beside you in the studio, with room to swap an exercise the moment a body needs something different.

The part nobody talks about

Teaching is the job. Planning is the tax.

Three classes a week, twenty minutes of planning each, is an hour of unpaid work every week. Over a year that’s more than two full working weeks you gave away — for something you’ll rebuild from scratch next month anyway.

The work isn’t the problem. Doing it from a blank page every single time is.

If any of this sounds familiar

You’re not disorganised. You’re unsupported.

“What did I teach them last week?”

Scrolling through notes, photos of a whiteboard and a half-finished note on your phone, trying to reconstruct a class you taught six days ago.

“I’m teaching the same twelve exercises”

Not because you don’t know more. Because under time pressure your brain reaches for what it knows, and the class slowly stops feeling fresh — to them and to you.

“My best plan is on a napkin somewhere”

The sequence that landed perfectly, that a client still talks about — written on paper you can’t find, in a notebook you replaced.

“A client cancelled and I need a different plan now”

Private became a duo. Someone arrived with a sore shoulder. You’re rebuilding the session in your head while they’re taking their shoes off.

What it does

Your whole teaching library, in your pocket.

Build a class plan, save it, and have it in front of you in the studio. Then reuse it, adapt it, or borrow one from an instructor who already solved the same problem.

01

Build a plan in minutes

Pick exercises from a large library or add your own, drag them into order, and save. What used to take twenty minutes on paper takes a few.

02

Use other instructors’ plans

This is the part people don’t expect. Browse complete class plans built by other instructors and use them as they are, or as a starting point. You are never staring at a blank page again.

03

Find the right exercise fast

Filter by level, equipment, focus or muscle group. “Something for a stiff thoracic spine, on the reformer, intermediate” is a search, not a memory test.

04

Everything in one place

Every plan you’ve ever built, saved and searchable. The sequence that worked in March is still there in November.

05

On whatever you’re holding

Phone, tablet or computer. Plan on your laptop at home, teach from your phone in the studio, print it if you’d rather have paper.

06

Adapt on the spot

Client arrived with a sore back? Open the plan, swap two exercises, teach. No rewriting, no improvising blind.

How it works

Four steps. That’s the whole thing.

1

Choose your class type

Mat, equipment, or a specific focus. The app narrows the library to what’s actually relevant.

2

Pick exercises — or a whole plan

Select from the library and build your own, or open a plan another instructor already made and start from there.

3

Arrange and save

Order it the way you’ll teach it, name it, save it. It’s yours from then on.

4

Teach from it

Open it on your phone in the studio, or print it. It goes where you go.

Who it’s for

Instructors at every stage.

  • Newly certified and building a repertoire you can trust under pressure
  • Years in and tired of reaching for the same twelve exercises
  • Teaching several formats — mat, reformer, privates, groups — and losing track of which plan belongs where
  • Covering classes at short notice, for bodies you’ve never met
  • Running your own studio and wanting your team planning from a shared library
  • Still training — you don’t have to be certified to use it
The difference

Same class. Different Sunday night.

Without it

  • Blank page, every week
  • Plans scattered across notebooks, notes apps and photos
  • Repeating yourself without meaning to
  • Rebuilding a sequence you already perfected
  • Twenty minutes per class, unpaid

With it

  • Open a plan, adapt it, done
  • Everything in one searchable place
  • See at a glance what you taught and when
  • Your best sequences saved forever
  • That time back, every week
Before you ask

The app, answered.

Do I need to be a Go Pilates graduate?
No. The app is for Pilates instructors, wherever you trained. If you plan classes, it’s built for you.
Do I have to install anything?
No. It runs in your browser on phone, tablet or computer — you sign in and it’s there. Nothing to download, nothing to update, and your plans follow you between devices.
Can I add my own exercises?
Yes. The library is a starting point, not a limit. Add your own exercises, your own cues, your own variations, and they sit alongside everything else.
What do you mean by other instructors’ plans?
Complete class plans built by other instructors, available for you to open and use. Take one as it is, or change two exercises and make it yours. It’s the fastest way out of a blank page, and it’s the feature members mention most.
Can I use it in the studio, mid-class?
That’s what it’s for. Open your plan on your phone and teach from it, or print it beforehand if you’d rather not hold a screen.
Will it work for reformer as well as mat?
Yes. Choose your class type at the start — mat, equipment or a specific focus — and filter by equipment, level, focus or muscle group from there.
What happens to my plans if I stop using it?
Print or export anything you want to keep. Your teaching material is yours, and we’d rather you leave with it than feel locked in.
Try it

Get your Sunday night back.

Open the app, build one plan, and see how long it takes. If it doesn’t save you time on the very first class, it isn’t for you.
