Hi, I’m Chen! Once a PE class avoider turned Pilates enthusiast after a knee injury during my military service. What started as physical therapy became my passion – and eventually my calling.
During COVID, instead of staying idle, I turned this passion into profession. I opened two successful Pilates studios, but realized my true mission was bigger: teaching others to teach. After learning from the world’s best Pilates instructors, I founded the Pilates Academy – a comprehensive training center dedicated to creating exceptional Pilates teachers.
I hold multiple international Pilates certifications and am committed to continuous learning – attending weekly workshops and trainings in various aspects of movement and teaching. This dedication ensures our curriculum stays current with the latest developments in Pilates education and movement science.
