  • Mentorship programs

You'll need to arrange consistent access to a reformer:

How does the course work?

It's a hybrid learning experience! You watch professional video lessons covering both Mat AND Reformer at your own pace. Everything else happens with our team supporting you.

Do I need my own Reformer?

You need ACCESS to a Reformer, but it doesn't have to be your own. Options include: renting time at a local studio, using equipment at a gym, or purchasing your own if you plan to teach from home. Contact us if you need help finding options in your area!
