How does the course work?
It's a hybrid learning experience! You watch professional video lessons covering both Mat AND Reformer at your own pace. Then you book 1-on-1 mentorship sessions with our instructors to practice teaching on both apparatus. The only thing you do alone is watch the videos. Everything else happens with our team supporting you.
Are 1-on-1 mentorship sessions included in the price?
YES! 1-on-1 mentorship is INCLUDED for both Mat AND Reformer training – it's not an extra fee. You get personal guidance throughout your entire journey.
How long does it take to complete?
It depends on how much time you invest each week. Most students complete the Mat + Reformer course in 3-6 months, but you set the pace! There are no deadlines.
Do I need my own Reformer?
You need ACCESS to a Reformer, but it doesn't have to be your own. Options include: renting time at a local studio, using equipment at a gym, or purchasing your own if you plan to teach from home. Contact us if you need help finding options in your area!
Will I feel alone during the course?
Absolutely not! The only thing you do alone is watch the video lessons. All practice, feedback, questions, and teaching hours happen with our mentors by your side.
Is the certification internationally recognized?
Yes! Our certification is recognized by NPCP and PAA. You can teach both Mat and Reformer classes anywhere in the world.
Do I need previous Pilates experience?
We recommend having practiced Pilates for at least 6-12 months, including some Reformer experience. You don't need to be advanced, but familiarity with both Mat and Reformer basics helps.
What can I do after completing this course?
You'll be qualified to teach both Mat and Reformer Pilates! This opens doors to more job opportunities and higher pay rates. Reformer instructors typically earn 30-50% more than Mat-only instructors.
Can I upgrade to Comprehensive later?
Yes! If you want to add Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels training, you can upgrade to
