How does the course work?

It's a hybrid learning experience covering ALL apparatus: Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. You watch video lessons at your own pace, then book 1-on-1 mentorship sessions to practice teaching on each piece of equipment. The only thing you do alone is watch the videos.

YES! 1-on-1 mentorship is INCLUDED for ALL apparatus – Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. You get personal guidance on every piece of equipment.

The Comprehensive course is our most in-depth program at 450 hours. Most students complete it in 6-12 months, depending on how much time they can dedicate. You set the pace – there are no deadlines.

What equipment access do I need?

You'll need access to: Reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, and Barrels. Options include renting studio time, using gym equipment, or owning your own. Please contact us before enrolling if you're unsure about equipment access!

The Comprehensive certification is for students who want to become elite-level instructors with expertise in ALL Pilates apparatus. It requires significant time commitment and equipment access. If you're just starting out, consider beginning with Mat or Mat + Reformer first.

Absolutely not! Despite the larger scope of material, you have the same dedicated support. All practice, feedback, questions, and teaching hours happen with our mentors by your side.

Is the certification internationally recognized?

Yes! Our Comprehensive certification is recognized by NPCP and PAA. This is the highest level of Pilates certification and is respected worldwide.

Comprehensive certification opens the most doors: teaching at premium studios, working with rehabilitation clients, running your own studio, commanding premium rates. Comprehensive instructors are in high demand.
