How does the course work?
It's a hybrid learning experience covering ALL apparatus: Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. You watch video lessons at your own pace, then book 1-on-1 mentorship sessions to practice teaching on each piece of equipment. The only thing you do alone is watch the videos.
Are 1-on-1 mentorship sessions included in the price?
YES! 1-on-1 mentorship is INCLUDED for ALL apparatus – Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. You get personal guidance on every piece of equipment.
How long does it take to complete?
The Comprehensive course is our most in-depth program at 450 hours. Most students complete it in 6-12 months, depending on how much time they can dedicate. You set the pace – there are no deadlines.
What equipment access do I need?
You'll need access to: Reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, and Barrels. Options include renting studio time, using gym equipment, or owning your own. Please contact us before enrolling if you're unsure about equipment access!
Is this course right for me?
The Comprehensive certification is for students who want to become elite-level instructors with expertise in ALL Pilates apparatus. It requires significant time commitment and equipment access. If you're just starting out, consider beginning with Mat or Mat + Reformer first.
