What Our Students Say About Us
Comprehensive Program FAQ
What makes the Comprehensive certification different?
This is the highest-level Pilates certification. You’ll master ALL apparatus: Mat, Reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, and Barrels. Comprehensive-certified instructors can work in any studio, teach any client, and command premium rates. It also qualifies you for the NPCP national exam (NCPT).
Do I need equipment access for all apparatus?
Yes. You’ll need regular access to a Reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, and Barrels. Most students arrange this through a local Pilates studio. Not sure how? Contact us before enrolling — we’ll help you find a solution.
Is mentorship included?
Yes! 42 personal mentoring sessions (2x/week for ~21 weeks) + 21 group Practice Labs are fully included. Your mentor guides you through every apparatus, every technique, every challenge.
How long does it take?
We recommend about 150 days (~22 hours per week). But your pace is flexible — weekly task packages adapt to your life. Your mentor adjusts with you.
Can I start with a lower certification and upgrade?
Yes! Many students start with Mat, then add Reformer, then go Comprehensive. Each upgrade is an extension — all previous work counts. You never start over.
What if I already have Mat + Reformer certification?
If you completed Mat + Reformer with us, you can upgrade to Comprehensive with approximately 30 additional days of training. Previous coursework fully counts. If you trained elsewhere, contact us for evaluation.
What job opportunities does Comprehensive open?
Everything! High-end studios, private practice with premium rates ($80-200/hour), rehabilitation centers, sports performance, opening your own studio, and even running teacher training programs yourself.
Is this worth the investment compared to Mat + Reformer?
If you’re serious about a full-time Pilates career, Comprehensive is the gold standard. You’ll be qualified for any position, any studio, any client. Most studios prefer Comprehensive-certified instructors, and it significantly increases your earning potential.
Is the certification internationally recognized?
Yes! Our Comprehensive certification meets and exceeds NPCP and PAA standards. Graduates are eligible for the NCPT national exam. You can teach anywhere in the world.
